What’s Included?
Access to all of the outdoor area on the property
Bridal studio room: chairs, couches, mirrors, & counter space (no inside plumbing)
Campsite with 30 amp RV hookup along shoreline for your personal or rented RV. Use as a space for getting ready, or resting while waiting.
Night before: 4:00pm - 9:00pm for set up & rehearsal dinner
Day of ceremony: Full use of property from 9:00am - 11:00pm *per Chelan Co. ordinances, music must stop at 9:30pm, and your event may finish at 10pm.
Day after: 9:00am - 12:00pm for clean up & take down

100 comfortable white folding chairs
12 round white resin tables
2 banquet tables
Waste bins
A variety of decorations for past weddings including market lights, lanterns, etc. More info upon request
On-site parking for 150 parking spaces. Close, handicap accessible parking available.
Opportunity for engagement photo session on the property (you are in charge of arranging & hiring a photographer)
Pricing
We require a 50% deposit upon booking. The remaining 50% deposit will be due, along with damage deposit and garbage removal fee (if desired) is to be paid 30 days before the wedding date.
3 days for up to 250 guests $5,000.
An additional cost for the maximum amount of guests.
We can accommodate up to 300 guests.
Damage & Clean-Up Deposit: An additional $250 deposit will be due with the remaining 50% balance. This is refundable upon your departure if cleanup is complete and there is no damage.

There is no refund on your initial deposit.
$500 cancellation fee if cancelling 3 months prior to event. Cancellation must be in writing.
Please understand that there are no cancellations due to weather or smoke.
If, on the rare occasion, there is a wildfire up the Entiat River Road and road access is blocked, you may reschedule at no additional cost or receive a refund.

You get to pick the type of portable restroom you would like. We do not have any bathrooms on-site for weddings & events. You are responsible for ordering the type and number of portable restrooms that is appropriate for the number of guests attending.

What you are responsible for

Event Insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 for a 3 day event.

Our gift to you on your day is the gift of freedom. Enjoy a serene outdoor escape along the river with many options for where to hold the ceremony.
From the Gazebo, to under the cottonwoods along the river, from the ferns & flowers to the fruit trees or rockery, find the perfect spot for you. Throughout the season there are a variety of plants & flowers in bloom and our beautiful flat lawns make setting up a breeze.

Our venue can accommodate up to 300 guests

You are free to have any non-alcoholic beverages, beer, and wine. The only thing we do not allow is hard alcohol.
Alcohol serving must stop 30 minutes prior to end of events.
FOOD LIMITATIONS:
No pit roasting or briquette bbq.
It is your choice on how elaborately you want to do your food. If you will not have a licensed caterer, remember you are responsible for acquiring a banquet license.Please note that we do not have an outdoor kitchen.

We have about 4 acres of usable space. The house on the property is our personal house and is not usable for weddings or events.
We have many special places on the property where you can choose to have your ceremony and reception. -
We have an art studio room for the bride & bridesmaids. It has a couch and mirrors, but no bathroom.
We have an RV Hookup by the river, and we encourage and welcome you to bring an RV for another space for groom & groomsmen to get ready, if desired.

We recommend Rent Wenatchee, but you are welcome to use any rental service you’d like, if you are looking to upgrade to wooden padded chairs or need a dance floor, tents, dishes, more white resin tables & chairs, etc.

We LOVE pets around here, but we ask that you please keep your furry buddies at home. Please touch base if you are planning on including your dog in your ceremony!

There is a designated smoking area. No cannabis smoking is permitted.

No open flames permitted due to high fire risk. This includes candles and fireworks.

No confetti, rice, or artificial flowers may be thrown.

Per Chelan Co. Ordinances, music must stop at 9:30pm. Event may finish at 10:00pm. Clean up & packing up gifts, food, flowers, etc. must be completed by 11:00pm. Party may complete tear down & clean up the following morning.

Yes, you are responsible for purchasing event insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 - 3 day event (rehearsal dinner, wedding day, and next day clean up). You must name us in the insurance policy as well.

Absolutely no swimming in the river is allowed. In spring, the river is running fast & high. The rocks are very slipper and shallow.
