What’s Included?


  • Access to all of the outdoor area on the property

  • Bridal studio room: chairs, couches, mirrors, & counter space (no inside plumbing)

  • Campsite with 30 amp RV hookup along shoreline for your personal or rented RV. Use as a space for getting ready, or resting while waiting.

  • Night before: 4:00pm - 9:00pm for set up & rehearsal dinner

  • Day of ceremony: Full use of property from 9:00am - 11:00pm *per Chelan Co. ordinances, music must stop at 9:30pm, and your event may finish at 10pm.

  • Day after: 9:00am - 12:00pm for clean up & take down

  • Scheduled walk throughs

  • 100 comfortable white folding chairs

  • 12 round white resin tables

  • 2 banquet tables

  • Waste bins

  • A variety of decorations for past weddings including market lights, lanterns, etc. More info upon request

  • On-site parking for 150 parking spaces. Close, handicap accessible parking available.

  • Opportunity for engagement photo session on the property (you are in charge of arranging & hiring a photographer)

Pricing


We require a 50% deposit upon booking. The remaining 50% deposit will be due, along with damage deposit and garbage removal fee (if desired) is to be paid 30 days before the wedding date.

3 days for up to 250 guests $5,000.

An additional cost for the maximum amount of guests.
We can accommodate up to 300 guests.

Damage & Clean-Up Deposit: An additional $250 deposit will be due with the remaining 50% balance. This is refundable upon your departure if cleanup is complete and there is no damage.

Outside Rental Information


What you are responsible for


  • Banquet license (if not using a licensed caterer)

  • Event Insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 for a 3 day event.

  • Caterers of your choice

  • Beverages & ice (no limitations on beer & wine - no hard alcohol)

  • Officiant

  • DJ

  • Photographer

  • Flowers & Decorations (feel free to inquire about what we have stashed away)

  • Set up, take down, and clean up

  • Garbage bags hauled away or pay a $100 garbage fee

  • RV if desired

Our gift to you on your day is the gift of freedom. Enjoy a serene outdoor escape along the river with many options for where to hold the ceremony.

From the Gazebo, to under the cottonwoods along the river, from the ferns & flowers to the fruit trees or rockery, find the perfect spot for you. Throughout the season there are a variety of plants & flowers in bloom and our beautiful flat lawns make setting up a breeze.
